  • Because your time, energy, and peace of mind are worth honoring. At B Home, we do more than organize—we transform your space into one that truly supports your lifestyle. From sorting and categorizing to setting up personalized systems, we handle every detail so you don’t have to. All you need to do is tell us what matters most—we’ll take care of the rest, creating a home that feels calm, clear, and entirely you.

  • Every home and project is unique. After your in-home consultation, we’ll have a better sense of your goals, priorities, the size of the space, and how much decluttering is needed. You’ll receive a customized proposal that outlines our best estimate for how much time each space will require.

  • Absolutely! Your privacy and trust mean everything to us. All sessions are judgment-free and 100% confidential. We follow a strict Code of Ethics, and anything discussed or documented—whether it's conversations, photos, or testimonials—is only shared with your explicit permission.

  • Not at all! In fact, we prefer to see your space just as it is so we can better understand your daily routines and the specific challenges you face. No need to clean up for us.

  • Not necessarily. Many of our clients are at work or out while we organize. If you’d like to be involved, we’re happy to work side by side with you—but we’re also completely comfortable handling the project independently.

  • Never. Our goal is to help you make intentional choices that support your lifestyle. While we’ll guide you through the editing process, the final say is always yours. You’ll never be pressured to part with anything you’re not ready to let go of.

  • Organizing products are not included, but we always start by assessing what you already have that can be repurposed. If additional containers or tools are needed, we’ll recommend options that fit both your aesthetic and budget, and we can also handle sourcing for you.

  • Yes. When you book a session, we reserve that time just for you. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations so we can offer the spot to another client. All booked sessions are non-refundable.

  • We accept cash, e-transfer, credit card or cheque.
